Package Securely
Place the unused valves or fittings in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all protective caps and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the exterior of the crate or box, then dispatch the shipment via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the integrity of the components, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
