Standard stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days. For custom fabrications or large-scale project orders, lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the material specifications.
Can I return unused fittings or valves?
Unused and undamaged standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. Please note that custom-made or specialty alloy products are non-returnable.
What shipping methods are available for heavy industrial loads?
We offer standard LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight, flatbed shipping for oversized pipes, and expedited courier services for smaller emergency replacement parts.
