It delivers a fast, flame-free connection in seconds, with no soldering and no need for a hot-works permit, and is manufactured from non-alloy steel 1.0034 E195 (EN 10305) with an outside zinc-plated finish.
Geberit Mapress is engineered for installation security: every fitting features a pressing indicator and is deliberately leaky if left unpressed, so any missed joint is identified during a pressure test before the system is commissioned. The pressing socket is fitted with a transparent protection plug and a black CIIR seal ring for reliable, long-term sealing.
