The Geberit Mapress Stainless Steel adaptor union with female thread joins a Mapress Stainless Steel pipe to a female-threaded connection with a single flame-free press. A CrNi steel union nut makes the threaded joint detachable, ideal for connecting valves, meters and equipment that may later need servicing. Made from corrosion-resistant CrNiMo stainless steel 1.4401 (316, EN 10088).
It carries Geberit's full pressing-security package – pressing indicator, leak-before-pressed design and a transparent protection plug on the pressing socket – with a black CIIR seal ring and an EPDM flat gasket at the threaded union.
