Dairy Tube to EN10357
Hygienic tube EN10357 is a standard food processing tube and can be used in many industries, for example, the Food, Dairy, Brewery, and Beverage industries. These hygienic tubes are supplied in bead-rolled condition and come in a dull polished or descaled finish.
Flocon stock a wide range of hygienic stainless steel pipes to meet most needs. We offer hygienic or dairy pipes in 316L grade, polish finished in 1⁄2" - 4". In larger diameters, we offer metric (Tru-Bore) 304L or 316L pipe in sizes 28mm to 304mm.
Internal Surface Roughness Average (RA) <0.8μm, internal weld bead RA <1.6μm. This high grade surface finish requires very close control to produce, and is used for parts that are exposed to stress concentration. The lower the RA number, the higher-purity production application of the vessel. Not only is it easier to clean, but a smoother finish means that it is easier to empty product.
